The Jesus of the Bible can save you from hell and by His Spirit give you a new life of peace and freedom, for His glory. Jesus says, “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:32). “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.” (2 Corinthians 3:17)
The Jesus of the Bible is the only sinless One. The Father wants all glory, honor and praise only for His Son. He wants no one to share it, not even His earthly mother, Mary. “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” (Romans 3:23) “And Mary said: 'My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,'” (Luke 1:46-47). “For there is one God and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,” (1 Timothy 2:5).
The Jesus of the Bible hates religion, false teachers who lead people to hell. Jesus says, “You shut the kingdom of heaven in men's faces. You yourselves do not enter, nor will you let those enter who are trying to.” (Matthew 23:13). Jesus says, “... you make him twice as much a son of hell as you are.” (Matthew 23:15).
The Jesus of the Bible despises religious priests. Jesus says, “... on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.” (Matthew 23:28). Jesus says, “And do not call anyone on earth 'father', for you have one Father, and he is in heaven.” (Matthew 23:9).
The Jesus of the Bible hates religion, enslaving with church rules, tradition and personal guilt, shame and doubt. Jesus says, “... woe to you, because you load people down with burdens they can hardly carry,” (Luke 11:46)
The Jesus of the Bible loves all the religious lost. Jesus says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28).
The Jesus of the Bible must and will judge you to heaven or hell. Only the Jesus of the Bible can guarantee your salvation, not any church, baptism or works. Jesus says, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” (Luke 11:46) “I (Jesus) give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand.” (John 10:28).
The Jesus of the Bible is the only way to be born again, by the Holy Spirit, as a child of God, not of Satan. Jesus says, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God (heaven) unless He is born again.” (John 3:3).
The Jesus of the Bible is a living God who loves you. He wants you to follow Him, not religion or church. Will you submit to Him?
